Bluewater will lease the FPSO Glas Dowr to Eni for the purpose of producing oil from the Kitan Field. The contract duration will be a minimum five years with options to continue for a further five years.

Throughout the contract period it is Bluewater’s intention to maximise the procurement potential of local Timor-Leste and Australian companies.

Where possible a real opportunity will be given to local suppliers to actively bid for services required by the Glas Dowr.

During this period it is our intention to develop and train Timor-Leste nationals to a level of competence that enables them to work on the FPSO. They will eventually form part of the crew and become an integral part of the offshore team.

Definitions:

Tier 1 - A functional unit or complete package i.e able to produce/supply ALL of the requirements.

Tier 2 - A component or part of the package i.e able to produce/supply part or some of the requirements.
